🚫 Return Policy
We do not offer returns once a product has been delivered and opened by the customer. This helps us maintain product integrity and ensure every customer receives brand-new gear.

 

🔧 Replacement Policy

1. Technical Issues (Within 7 Days of Delivery):

If your product shows signs of a technical issue, you may raise a replacement request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • A fresh replacement will be dispatched after a physical inspection of the returned unit.
  • If no issue is found, the same unit will be returned to you.

 

2. Warranty-Based Replacement (Post 7 Days):

If a ticket is raised after 7 days but within the warranty period, we will replace the product with one in equivalent condition, subject to successful testing.

3. Out-of-Stock Scenarios:

If your product qualifies for replacement but the specific color or variant is unavailable:

  • We will offer an alternate product of equivalent value.
  • The original warranty period will continue from the date of your initial purchase.
